Certified quality in the development, sales, and maintenance of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software OTEC®, as well as in consulting and services relating to the solution: Media Soft Technology GmbH reports the successful recertification of its management system by SGS-TÜV Saar. As part of the process-oriented audit, the provider of standard ERP software based in Tholey—specialized in companies in the surface finishing industry—once again received confirmation, as it did in 2011, that it fully meets the strict requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The review conducted by SGS TÜV Saar included a survey of participants in the individual areas and the control of the processes as well as the inspected documents and records. For example, it was confirmed that the scope of the documentation of Media Soft’s management system is appropriate to the complexity of the processes, thus ensuring the control of the system. In addition, Media Soft was able to prove that the management system is implemented and that the company ensures its ongoing monitoring as well as continuous improvement; corresponding goals, specifications, and key figures are consistently defined and monitored and tracked.
In addition to confirming that Media Soft meets the strict requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the recertification relates to several key elements of the management system that were reviewed during the audit by SGS-TÜV Saar. The focus was not only on the basic requirements for the quality of products and services, but also on continuous process improvement and risk management strategies.
The company has established an effective internal audit system that regularly reviews compliance with quality standards and identifies weaknesses at an early stage. This audit system ensures that objectives are achieved in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
